Iraq Deadly Violence Flares in Baghdad Suburb by Jamie Tarabay
Morning Edition, March 13, 2006 · Bombers blew apart two markets in Baghdad on Sunday, killing at least 48 people and wounding more than 200. The bloody assaults on the Shiite slum of Sadr City came just after Iraqi political leaders said the new parliament will convene Thursday.
