The woman, Margalit Har-Shefi, was also given a fifteen-month suspended sentence by the court in Tel Aviv. Prosecutors said she knew Mr Rabin's killer, Yigal Amir, had been stalking the prime minister for several months, but had failed to inform the police. Har-Shefi's lawyers said she would appeal against her conviction.Yigal Amir is serving a life sentence for murdering Mr Rabin in 1995. From the newsroom of the BBC World Service
