Baby booties or high heels?
Reported by: Tricia Garcia-Captain
Last Update: 4:50 am

"Heelarious" is a company making high heeled shoes for babies still in the crib.
These heels target babies ages zero to 6-months.
The fashionable stilettos cost 35-dollars a pair.
