THE ISRAELI FACTOR IN INDIAN SUBCONTINENT TERRORISM AND
INSTABILITY. In the context of recent comments by Lyndon
LaRouche about the ``Israeli factor'' in the promotion of a
Hindu-Muslim conflict across the India-Pakistan border, the EIR
1985 study, {Derivative Assassination}, offers some fruitful
leads. Back during the 1980s, a gaggle of Israeli Jabotinskyites
and U.S. based neo-cons, penetrated into the Reagan-Bush
Administration, were at the heart of the networks destabilizing
the Indian subcontinent, including the assassination of Indian
Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. At the time, the Sikhs were a key
capability of this Israeli-linked network, as evidenced by the
role of Sikh extremists in the Gandhi murder.
As {Derivative Assassination} highlighted, a key Reagan-Bush
Administration player was Elliot Abrams, who is now back at the
G.W. Bush National Security Council. Abrams helped the Sikh
radicals to establish a base in Ecuador, where they worked
directly with Gen. Ze'evi, the Israeli mafia figure and fascist,
who was allied with Sharon and ``Dirty'' Rafi Eytan. Ze'evi had
left the post of Terror Against Terror advisor to Prime Minister
Begin, passing the job on to Eytan, in order to run the Latin
American drug-for-gun operations that he and Sharon set up with a
1980 trip to Honduras.
Another leading Mossad link to the Hindu radicals and Sikhs
in Canada was Col. Yoram Hamizrahi (IDF-ret.), who had been a key
military operative for Sharon in southern Lebanon, and who, after
a stint as BBC ``reporter'' in Lebanon, moved to Winnipeg,
Manitoba, where he was the Israeli handler of the Sikh terror
apparatus that ran amok in western Canada in the 1980s.
A key figure inside the Indian Armed Forces, who facilitated
the Israeli Jabotinskyite penetration of India's security
structures, was Gen. J.F.R. Jacob, who became Chief of Staff of
the Indian Army. Jacob's family came to India from the Holy
Land, right after the Romans destroyed the Second Temple in
Jerusalem. He became a pivotal figure in a network, later filled
out by the migration of Syrian Jews from Allepo, including the
mob-linked Dwek family. When the Likud came into power in 1977,
Jacob and this apparatus arranged a series of secret trips to
India by Moshe Dayan, during which deeper Israeli-Indian
military-to-military ties were established. Part of this joint
operation involved heavy Israeli penetration of Nepal, which
became an illegal drug hub for the region. Israeli advisors
became involved with the Nepal government, in combatting Maoist
insurgents, according to {Derivative Assassination}'s authors.

GO WITH THE TRUTH, NOT NEWS-MEDIA SPIN
News coverage of two "current events" shows the danger of
relying on press coverage, instead of what we know to be the
truth.
First, there is an absolute frenzy in the media, and on
Capitol Hill, over the alleged "warnings" of Osama bin Laden
hijackings prior to September 11. Much of the new disclosures
appear to be orchestrated leaks to set the stage for the upcoming
hearings by the Senate and House Intelligence Committees. This is
not an unravelling of the cover story: the way it is being
played, is an an extension of the cover story -- that bin Laden
did it, and if only the FBI had "connected the dots," they could
have figured it out in advance. Among all the grandstanding
Congressmen and journalists, who is raising the real questions
that should be asked -- about the internal coup attempt, the role
of Brzezinsky, Huntington and the William Yandell Elliot
kindergarten, for example?
Second, take the India-Pakistan story, with the daily
reports of rising tensions, the danger of war, even of nuclear
war, etc. How can you possibly understand this situation,
without taking into account the "Israeli factor" in India,
particularly with respect to right-wing Hindu networks, and the
promotion of Hindu-Muslim conflict? This is something we have
followed for two decades, and on which we wrote the book --
literally -- in 1985, with {Derivative Assassination}. For a

In other important developments, we have credible reports
that King Abdullah of Jordan, when meeting with President Bush,
put on the table a British-sponsored proposal for a three-year
trusteeship over the Palestinian territories; this is being
treated as an alternative to the plan put forward by Saudi Crown
Prince Abdullah. Lyndon LaRouche's comment was the such a "peace"
plan is actually a guarantee of perpetual war, although Lyn
expressed an understanding of how the relatively inexperienced
King Abdullah could get sucked into such an operation. Lyn said
that the only way to get peace in the Middle East is to take an
absolutely hard-line, and scare the daylights out of Sharon and
Netanyahu. Bush is too terrified to do such a thing; Powell
could, under the right circumstances.
On the recent U.S.-Russia "agreements," Lyn reiterated that
these are absolutely worthless. The U.S. and Russia can't agree
on any strategic agenda; so they are putting out a pile of B.S.
The Russians know that these agreements don't mean a thing, but
they are playing along with the charade.
In discussions yesterday, Lyn also stressed again, that the
establishment of the U.S. Northern Command represents a "crossing
of the Rubicon" which means putting the Pentagon under the
control of the FBI and the Justice Department, as he discussed it
during the Jack Stockwell interview on Wednesday. The concluding
