Iraq's ambassador to Belgrade (Sami Sadoun), tells The Associated Press he does not believe Baghdad would have collapsed so quickly if Saddam was alive. The envoy -- who headed the Iraqi Cabinet for 25 years -- says he lost all contact with his superiors in Baghdad early this month after a U-S warplane bombed a restaurant where Saddam was believed to be meeting with his sons. But he says it's possible Saddam was actually killed in a later attack -- noting that the Iraqi leader was on the move, eluding his enemies. The comments come as new videotaped footage of Saddam surfaces. The tape from Arab television -- which is said to be from last week -- shows him greeting supporters on the streets of Baghdad.
