Us secret aids program 1/20/03 When will the United States apologize for the secret AIDS program? by Boyd E. Graves, J.D. Recently President Bush said that we were a country that is 'above board'. If this were true, the President would go one step beyond his prepared remarks on "King Day" and apologize for the stealth virus development program. If this were true, the President would lead the explanation for the 1932 sheep disease sequences in the HIV/AIDS mycoplasma. When World War II ended, World War III got underway. A war where large numbers of certain people are systemically eliminated based on the science ability of the United States to target a 'particular stealth entryway' and murder them. According to J. Craig Venter, Jr., the gene is called the African American HIV/AIDS Entryway. It is odd that Dr. Venter would hold the patent to this gene. This is the same gene that early U.S. science used on African children in the late 50's (CCR5 Delta 32 positive). To best understand how they made HIV/AIDS, follow the research trail of the correlation between "Burkitt's Lymphoma (Africa, 1957) and HIV. Much of the 'specimen selection' phase of the secret program to make HIV/AIDS deals with experiments and contracts concerning Burkitt's Lymphoma. See Phase I, 1971 "research logic" Flowchart of the U.S. Special (AIDS) Virus program (1948 ? 1978). It is painfully obvious a review and investigation of this secret federal is the best route to a world without HIV/AIDS. The President should direct an emergency review of this program's Immunological Control experiments (See, Phase IV-A, 1971 Flowchart), which the experts believe would have an immediate significant impact in dismantling this synthetic, stealth death microbe designed to attach to certain people. If you had any doubt as to official U.S. documents in the 'policy' arena relative to "culling Black people", I would direct you to U.S. Public Law 91-213, signed March 16, 1970 by Richard Nixon. In the United States' effort to "stabilize the population of Sub-Saharan Africa" and thus, increase the national security of future United States. Nixon proclaims there would be "explosive events" (relative to John D. Rockefeller, III's oversight on the problem of African overpopulation). To date nary a single U.S. official will address the 'peculiar' public law that authorizes the United States to kill its own citizens and others in the name of the national security of future (White) Americas. If the United States is above board, then the President should take immediate corrective action to fully disclose this secret (Manhattan-style) program. Colonel Jack Kingston, former Chair of the National Security Advisory Panel calls the stealth development of HIV/AIDS by the United States as the last remaining secret of the 20th century. We believe the AIDS cure that was patented in 1997 by the United States is relative to an immediate cessation of the "wasting process" affiliated with HIV/AIDS progression. The patent # is 5676977?A Treatment for Curing AIDS. In the final forensics in understanding the sinister nature of the United States to secretly develop a stealth biological ethnic weapon of mass destruction, to secretly develop a stealth means of transmission (the U.S. micro-bio-innoculation program, 1967 - ) of that weapon and to secretly hold back the antidotes, cures and vaccines because they have not killed enough people yet, we find ourselves secretly in favor of state sanctioned biological mass murder because only others are being murdered, and as such, we endorse this heinous act with our silence and lack of protest. The United States is the genesis and the end of the 'black death type plague" we know call HIV/AIDS. See, page 121, Part VI, funding, H.R 15090, June 9, 1969. Just as the former President apologized for Tuskegee, this President must apologize for the stealth development and purposeful proliferation of the synthetic biological agent we know call HIV/AIDS, under the auspices of the secret U.
