Apparently the FBI at least has gotten permission to get all of our relevant documents on this, and you have scoured your files to see what is there. What have you turned over to the FBI or others? Is there any restrictions on what you provide? Specifically, State was told that the investigators have a series of INTERNAL State memos on this question provided them by the NSC. If so, that would be very embarassing. But I'm not sure how internal State documents (which I certainly have in my safe) would be in the "NSC system" and thereby retrievable.
